By accessing or using the website https://yumasportsactivities.com, registering for any program, or participating in any activity offered by Yuma Sports Activities (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are a parent or legal guardian registering a minor, you agree to these terms on behalf of that minor.

Yuma Sports Activities provides:

Tennis clinics
Youth sports programs
Camps and recreational activities
Related coaching and instruction services
All services are subject to availability and may change at any time.

 
3. Eligibility
Participants under 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent
You confirm all information provided is accurate and complete
 
4. Payments & Refund Policy
All bookings must be paid in full before participation
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
The Company may offer rescheduling at its discretion
 
5. Assumption of Risk (CRITICAL – California Law)
Participation in sports involves inherent risks, including injury.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree:

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with tennis and physical activity
These risks include but are not limited to:Falls
Collisions
Equipment-related injuries
Weather conditions

 
6. Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

You agree to release and hold harmless Yuma Sports Activities, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.

However:

 

Gross negligence
Recklessness
Intentional misconduct 
 
7. Minor Participants 
If registering a minor:

You acknowledge risks on behalf of the child
You consent to participation
You authorize emergency medical care if needed

8. Medical Authorization
You authorize Yuma Sports Activities to:

Seek emergency medical treatment if necessary
Contact emergency services
You are responsible for all medical costs incurred.

 
9. Conduct Policy
Participants agree to:

Follow coach instructions
Respect staff and other participants
Maintain appropriate behavior
We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for misconduct.

 
10. Media Release
By participating, you grant permission for:

Photos
Videos
Promotional use (social media, marketing)
Unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

 
11. Cancellations by Company
We reserve the right to cancel or modify:

Classes
Schedules
Locations
Due to:

Weather
Safety concerns
Low enrollment
 
12. Website Use
You agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Yuma Sports Activities shall not be liable for:
